The angular distribution of the photo-neutrons from beryllium has been studied for γ-ray energies of 1.70, 1.81, and 2.76 Mev. The distribution was found to be spherically symmetrical for the 1.70- and 1.81-Mev γ-rays. The 2.76-Mev gamma-ray yields a distribution of the form a+bsin2θ with a/b=1.2.
