We have presented a simple treatment to the problem of finding the wave functions for Dirac particles in a time-dependent potential. The treatment is based on the use of Lewis-Riesenfield invariant method [J. Math Phys. 10, 1458 (1969)]. Here we construct a linear time-dependent invariant which allows us to obtain the wave function of the system.
