By studying lepton-kaon angular correlations in Υ(4S) decays, we have measured the branching ratios for B¯→K+X, B¯→K-X, B¯→K0/K¯0X, B¯→l-K+X, B¯→l-K-X, and B¯→l-K0/K¯0X. Their values imply that (b→c)/(b→all)=0.98±0.16±0.12.
