We search for the decays B-→ℓ-ν̅ ℓ in a sample of 2.2×106 charged B decays using the CLEO detector. We see no evidence for a signal in any channel and set upper limits on the branching fractions of B(B-→τ-ν̅ τ)<2.2×10-3, B(B-→μ-ν̅ μ)<2.1×10-5, and B(B-→e-ν̅ e)<1.5×10-5 at the 90% confidence level.
