We have observed the decay B+→D̅ 0K+, using 3.3×106 BB̅ pairs collected with the CLEO II detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring. We find the ratio of branching fractions R≡B(B+→D̅ 0K+)/B(B+→D̅ 0π+) = 0.055±0.014±0.005.
