PROLA Subscription Information
PROLA requires a subscription. Browsing tables of contents and abstracts will remain free.
Please note that the PROLA archive is separate from Physical Review online journals. Even if you have a subscription to any of the Physical Review and Reviews of Modern Physics current content online journals, you still need to subscribe to PROLA separately.
APS MEMBER SUBSCRIPTION TO PROLA
The annual subscription rate for APS members can be found at http://www.aps.org/membership/aps-publications.cfm. This fee is in addition to your membership dues. To subscribe to PROLA, please e-mail your request to email@example.com. You will receive a registration password from APS Membership. After you sign the member subscription agreement for PROLA, please create a new personalized APS Journal account if you don't already have one. IF YOU ARE AT AN INSTITUTION and wish to access PROLA, please have your librarian e-mail the APS Associate Publisher at firstname.lastname@example.org.
INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION TO PROLA
PROLA is automatically included with an APS-ALL subscription or a PR-ALL subscription. If your institution has an APS-ALL or a PR-ALL subscription and currently has access to the online versions of those journals, the only requirement is that we receive a signed subscription agreement (available at http://librarians.aps.org/sitelicense.html) from the institution. No further actions are required, as we will automatically register your institution's IP addresses for PROLA.
Institutions that do not have an APS-ALL or a PR-ALL subscription but subscribe to at least one Physical Review or Reviews of Modern Physics may subscribe to PROLA at a special tier rate. Pricing information can be found at: http://librarians.aps.org/institutional.html.
Institutions that do not have any Physical Review or Reviews of Modern Physics subscriptions at all may subscribe to PROLA. Pricing information can be found at: http://librarians.aps.org/institutional.html.
Access to PROLA will be validated by IP addresses or IP address ranges, and a signed subscription agreement is required.
