Change Password

This form is only for APS members who have signed up for a member subscription to PROLA, have chosen a username and password, and would like to now change the password. If you have not already chosen a username, please use the PROLA Member Registration Form instead.

Please fill out all of fields in the form below. If you do not remember your old password, please e-mail prola@aps.org. Be sure to include both your username and your member ID.

You should not use a password from one of your regular computer accounts!
